Good afternoon on April 3, 2022.

I have not posted any material over the past two weeks because I have busy working on the last chapter of my book, tentatively entitled-

The Second World War and The Course of World History:

The Rise and Fall of Empires and Nations, 1865-2022

This coming Wednesday I will comment on the changing military situation on the ground in Ukraine, and try to place it into historical context.
